VACCINATION CLINIC
When: SUNDAY, APRIL 7TH from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where: Flathead Spay & Neuter Task Force, 3491 Trumble Creek Road, Columbia Falls
No appointment is needed.
Dog must be leashed and cats must be in carriers. NO exceptions please.
Cash or checks only. We do not have credit/debit card services available for this event.
SERVICES OFFERED:
5-way dog vaccination; $10.00 ea.
3-way cat vaccination: $10.00 ea.
(Animals must be 8 weeks or older and in good health.)
Rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats; $10.00 ea.
(Animals must be 12 weeks or older and in good health.)
*If an animal has been vaccinated for rabies previously and you bring paperwork showing proof of the previous vaccination, the current vaccination paperwork will be valid for 3 years. Otherwise, the rabies vaccination paperwork will be valid for 1 year.

Flathead County Dog Licenses:
Altered Dogs; $15.00
Unaltered Dogs; $30.00
